Shipping Method
All products are shipped frozen using UPS Next-Day or 2-Day delivery to ensure freshness.
Shipping Schedule
Orders must be placed by Friday at 12:00 PM (EST) to ship the following Tuesday.
Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next Tuesday.
Packaging
Orders are packed in insulated boxes with cold packs to maintain temperature during transit.
Delivery Expectations
Delivery typically occurs within 1–2 days after shipment depending on your location.

All rates include insulated packaging and cold packs required to safely ship frozen products.
How We Ship
All orders are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen before packing. We ship in insulated containers with dry ice to maintain temperature throughout transit.
Shipping Timeline
Orders placed by Thursday are typically shipped the following Monday. Most deliveries arrive within 2-3 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Packaging
We use eco-friendly insulated liners and recyclable boxes wherever possible. Each cut is individually vacuum-sealed so you can store and thaw only what you need.
